This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for orders placed on IMEI UNLOCK.
1. Failed Orders
If an order cannot be completed by the supplier (a genuine "rejected" or "not found" result), the amount is credited back to your wallet balance. Wallet credit can be reused for any other service.
2. Orders In Process
Once an order has been submitted and is "in process", it cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the supplier has already begun work. Please double-check your IMEI, model, and network before ordering.
3. Wrong Information
Refunds are not provided for failures caused by incorrect details you supplied (wrong IMEI, model, carrier, or already-unlocked device).
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned as wallet credit immediately upon a confirmed failed result. Where a refund to the original payment method is legally required, it may take several business days depending on the provider.

If you believe an order qualifies for a refund, contact support with your order ID and details.
