This service removes Mi Account access from Xiaomi devices registered in Malaysia. The account removal process works with all Xiaomi phone and tablet models.
Eligibility: This service applies only to devices where the Mi Account has a clean status. Devices with a Lost or blacklisted status are not supported by this service.
Device Requirements:
- The linked phone number must use a Malaysian number (country code +60)
- You must verify the Mi Find My Device setting is accessible
How to Proceed:
- Press and hold the power button on your device 10 times consecutively
- An unlock code will appear on the screen

- Submit your order with this unlock code in capital letters only
