Carrier unlock service for iPhone models 7 through 16 Pro Max that are locked to Xfinity in the United States. Only devices with clean blacklist status are eligible. Expected success rate is 90%.

Order Process

• Receive email confirmation once processing completes
• Confirmation will display SIM-Lock status as Unlocked

Device Activation

After unlock, your iPhone requires either a physical SIM card or eSIM to establish cellular connectivity. Availability of SIM options varies by device model and geographic region. iPhone 14 and later variants may support eSIM-only configurations. Contact your carrier to obtain a SIM and activate service.

Eligibility Requirements

Devices cannot be processed if they carry blacklist status, or have been marked as lost or stolen.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect IMEI provided in order
• Incorrect carrier specified
• Device already in unlocked state
• iCloud lock removal is not included in this service
• Unknown Apple ID or associated password

Important Terms
