Unlock service for iPhone devices tied to C Spire in the United States. Compatible with all iPhone models. Devices must have a clean blacklist status to be eligible.

Ordering Process

• Provide the device IMEI to begin your order
• You will receive an email notification when processing is complete
• Upon successful completion, the device status will display as 'SIM-Lock: Unlocked'

Using Your Unlocked Device

To connect to a cellular network, your iPhone requires either a physical SIM card or an eSIM. Availability of these options depends on the specific model and your geographic region. Note that iPhone 14 and newer models may be limited to eSIM connectivity on certain variants. Contact your carrier to obtain a SIM and activate service.

Limitations and Ineligibility

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect carrier specified
• Device already in unlocked state
• Device subject to carrier re-lock due to unpaid contract or loss/theft reported after unlock completion
