Service description
Unlock service for iPhone and generic devices currently registered to AT&T in the United States. This service removes the carrier lock from devices that are active on another account.
Supported Devices: iPhone and generic models across all versions
Requirements:
- Device must have a clean blacklist status
- Valid IMEI number required to process the order
Service Details:
- Expected success rate: 99%
- Unlock confirmation will show 'SIM-Lock: Unlocked' status
- Email notification sent upon completion
After Unlock:
Once unlocked, your device can connect to any carrier network. You will need either a physical SIM card or eSIM to establish cellular service. Contact your carrier to obtain a SIM and activate service. Note that not all SIM options are available on every model or in every region; iPhone 14 and newer models may be eSIM-only on certain variants.
What This Service Does Not Cover:
- Removal of iCloud activation lock
- Devices with blacklist, lost, or stolen status
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Incorrect IMEI provided
- Wrong carrier specified
- Device already unlocked before processing
- Forgotten Apple ID credentials or email address
- Device reported lost or stolen after unlock, or contract remains unpaid (carrier may re-lock; no refund issued)
Important Terms:
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Re-locking by the carrier may occur if the device contract is unpaid or if the device is reported lost or stolen following the unlock; no refund will be provided in such cases. For order status inquiries or delays, reach out for assistance.
