Japan AU KDDI iPhone Unlock Service

This service unlocks iPhones on the Japan AU KDDI network for devices with clean accounts and a contract history of over 100 days.

How to Order

Provide your device's IMEI number to begin the process. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon successful completion, your device status will display as "SIM-Lock: Unlocked."

Activating Your Device

Insert a SIM card from a different carrier into your unlocked iPhone. If your device is linked to an Apple ID, you will need to enter the associated email and password to complete activation.

• Carrier SIM-lock removal for eligible iPhones on Japan AU KDDI
• Devices with clean account status and 100+ days of contract history

Requirements

• Valid IMEI number
• Device must not be blacklisted, lost, or reported stolen
• Account must be in good standing (not unpaid)
• Device must have been activated previously

Service Limitations

This unlock does not remove iCloud activation locks. If you do not have access to your Apple ID credentials, the device cannot be fully activated after unlocking.

Ineligible Devices

• iPhone 4, iPhone 5, or iPhone 6 models
• Devices with less than 100 days of contract history
• Previously unlocked IMEIs
• Devices reported as lost or stolen
• Blacklisted accounts
• Unactivated devices
• Incorrect IMEI or carrier information

Important Terms

No refunds are issued for ineligible devices or incorrect information. If a device is later reported as lost, stolen, or the account becomes unpaid after unlock, the carrier may re-lock the device. No refund will be provided in such cases. If your order is being processed, cancellation is not available even if delays occur. In the event of a service failure, credits will be returned to your account balance.
