Service description
This service removes iCloud activation lock from iPad devices across all generations.
What this service does: Disables Find My iPhone activation lock on your device. This is an iCloud account unlock only and does not address carrier network locks or blacklist status.
Supported devices: All iPad series and models.
Service mode: Clean/Fresh devices only. Devices reported as lost, stolen, or under an active Find My iPhone case cannot be processed.
Geographic availability: Australia, CIS countries, Europe, India, Mexico, Middle East, Russia, UK, and USA.
Requirements:
- Device IMEI or Serial Number
- Original Sold-To information or Case ID
- If available, provide the first and last name, username, or Apple ID associated with the device
Success rate and timeline: Up to 90% success for eligible fresh devices. Processing typically takes 1–10 days, though some cases may require longer.
Important conditions:
- Orders may be cancelled after 12 days if you are unable to wait
- Do not restore from a backup or sign in with a different Apple ID after unlock
- Cancellation after extended waiting may result in notes on the device from Apple inquiries
- Only submit devices that meet supported criteria
