  2. How to order?

    How to activate the device?
    1. Insert SIM-card of another carrier
    2. Activate your device (if your device is linked to an Apple ID, you need to enter email and password from your Apple ID)

  4. Not Supported:
  5.  ⁃ Device with Blacklist / Lost or Stolen status

  6. No refund for the following:
  7.  ⁃ Wrong IMEI
  8.  ⁃ Wrong Carrier
     ⁃ Already unlocked IMEI
     ⁃ The service will not unlock your device from iCloud lock
     ⁃ You don't remember your Apple ID email or password

  10. Remarque :  Aucune garantie de reverrouillage si le contrat de l'appareil n'est pas payé ou si l'appareil est signalé Perdu/Volé après déverrouillage, le transporteur peut reverrouiller l'appareil, aucun dans ce cas

    L'annulation n'est pas possible si votre commande est en cours, même en cas de retard.  
    En cas d'échec, les les crédits seront remboursés sur votre solde.
