Claro All Countries iPhone 12 Series (Premium)

This service removes carrier restrictions from iPhone 12 Series devices locked to Claro across all countries. For units in Chile, the system performs Apple GSX verification along with iOS version checks and Next Tether+ analysis.

Requirements

• Valid IMEI number
• Device must be on a clean blacklist status
• For devices with an associated Apple ID: you must have access to the account credentials

How ordering works

• Provide the IMEI when placing your order
• You will receive an email notification upon completion
• Successful unlock results in a status change to "SIM-Lock: Unlocked"

Activation after unlock

• Insert a SIM card from a different carrier into the device
• Follow the device activation prompts
• If the device is linked to an Apple ID, enter the associated email and password during setup

Success Rate
Expected success rate is 99% for eligible devices.

Limitations and exclusions

• This service does not bypass iCloud activation locks
• Dominican Republic devices with America Movil may not be supported
• Service does not apply to devices already unlocked

Non-refundable scenarios

• Incorrect or invalid IMEI provided
• Device locked to a carrier other than stated
• IMEI was already unlocked before processing
• iCloud lock remains on the device after unlock
• Apple ID credentials are unavailable or incorrect

Important notice
Once unlocked, if the contract remains unpaid or the device is reported as lost or stolen, the carrier may re-apply the lock. No refunds are issued in such cases. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, regardless of completion time. If the unlock fails, service credits are returned to your account balance.
