Canada Videotron Generic All Models (Premium)

This service unlocks devices that are network-locked to Videotron, Canada's wireless carrier. It supports generic handset models without device-specific restrictions.

How it works:

• Power on your phone and insert a SIM card from a different network
• When prompted, enter the network unlock code (NCK or NP)
• The device will accept the code and establish a signal from the new carrier

Non-refundable scenarios:

• Incorrect or invalid IMEI provided
• Device is locked to a different carrier than Videotron
• Phone is already unlocked
• Device does not prompt for an unlock code during activation

Important conditions:

Once an order enters processing, cancellation is unavailable regardless of processing time. If the unlock attempt fails, the service cost will be credited back to your account balance rather than refunded.
